Application:
Pallet tape designed for use in textile screen printing to protect the platens from spray adhesive build-up. Eliminates the need for costly solvents and rag disposal.
Apply to all kinds of printing machine (oval printing machine, octopus printing machine, etc.), as the cutting piece positioning. Can also be used for hand-printed platen, embroidery platen positioning.
Using process:
Attention：
Before use, ensure that the platen clean hairless.
1. Uniform intensity and pull the mask laid flat on the platen.
2. Cut the platen mask with a knife.
3.Then scrape the platen mask with hand or scraper, So that more closely linked to platen.
4.Draw lines on the platen mask positioning.
5. Platen paper tile on the plank then coated with water-based glue or oil-based glue（depend on the fabric situation）, put pieces.
6. If you need to replace, without cleaning the platen.
