According to the customer's original design artwork, it can achieve cutting and creasing in any shapes (labels, boxes, etc.). A stable paper feeding system, combining vacuum suction cups and non-contact suction cups, perfectly completes the automatic feeding of 80-800gsm paper sheets.
- Software operation: No need to create a knife mold, saving time and cost. Exporting the design files in Adobe lllustator or CorelDRAW to DXF, PLT, or HP/GL format, and send the files to control software to execute the subsequent process flow automatically. Press the "Start" button to easily complete the cutting work.
- Advantages: Stable paper feeding system, automatic reading of files through QR code scanning, achieving small batch/unmanned operation; SRA3 size labels or paper take only 15-45 seconds(depending on the complexity of the shape).
