Aluminum Alloy Emulsion Scoop Coater with Cap for Screen Printing
Our newly designed aluminum alloy emulsion scoop coater has thoroughly improved traditional coaters'appearance and function. Four innovations integrated art into traditional coaters leading to a breakthrough to the aesthetics, practicability and comfortableness. Meanwhile, the innovations have solved the problem of photophobism and dust prevention. More material saving, more efficient and cleaner.
Features:
1.New V shape design makes the aluminum handle feel more comfortable and get more emulsion contained. Oxidizing surface treatment is more corrosion resisting and friction resisting.
2.End caps on both sides all adopt 1.2mm thickness steel plate subjected to laser cutting and electrostatic spraying workmanship.
3.Diameter of emulsion outflow holes is 8mm. It adopts high elasticity silica gel tapered plugs for plugging. The silica gel material has an advantage of long life
without deformation, corrosion resistance, ageing resistance and apt to cleaning.
4.Each emulsion coating edge is equipped with plastic protective cover in order to ensure the coating edge safety both during transportation and after usage.
5.Telescoping light shading dust cap is made of 0.8mm thickness steel plate subjected to laser cutting and electrostatics spraying workmanship. Distance between cap and emulsion coating edge is 3mm, which keeps from knocking against the emulsion coating edge.
Small size cap is suitable for emulsion scoop coating edge within 16-32cm and can be randomly adjustable within 16-32cm.
Large size cap is suitable for emulsion coating edge within 32-60cm and can be randomly adjustable within 32-60cm.
6.Screws on both sides of the cap adopt high quality nylon screws for fixing in order to keep from knocking against emulsion coating edge and ensure the coating edge safety.
